Examples:
● “I am pretty good at balancing work and life. I am able to leave the day behind me and *shift gears to spend time with friends and family.”

● “I’m great at balancing work and life. The funny thing is, when I’m not working, I still find that I meet people that *serendipitously lead to *sales opportunities.”

Q5: How do you motivate yourself?

TIPS:
1. Let them know you are self-motivated. (讓他們知道你能自我激勵。)
2. Many sales leaders have told me they like a person who has a lot of financial responsibility(經濟責任) such as a mortgage(抵押貸款).
3. Saying you are goal-oriented(以目標為導向), money-motivated(以金錢為動力), self-managed(自我管理), self-determined, and passionate about sales(對銷售充滿熱情) are all good answers.
Example:
● Some people are motivated by money and some by winning. I’m basically motivated by 'NOT losing不認輸'. Winning is great and making money is a result of how well you perform. I surround myself with friends, colleagues, and family that can challenge me every single day. Not only challenging me on how I am doing certain things but why I choose to do it a certain way. When you have people around you that have *a similar mindset *constantly challenging you, it *forces you to be better than you were yesterday.
有些人的動力來自金錢,有些人的動力來自勝利。基本上,我的動力來自於「不認輸」。獲勝的感覺很好,賺錢亦是表現得好的結果。我身邊有很多跟我有類似的心態朋友、同事和家人,他們每天都以不同形式挑戰我。當周圍的人有類似的心態不斷挑戰你時,這會迫使你比昨天更好的。
