HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 24,770

[ET Net News Agency, 23 March 2026] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 507 points to 24,769. The Hang Seng Index now fell 507 points, or 2% to
24,769; with market turnover of 9.29b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell 147
points, or 1.7% to 8,426; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 101 points, or 2.1% to 4,770.
HSBC HOLDINGS (00005) now fell HK$4.4, or 3.5% to HK$120.1, with turnover of HK$74.2m;
BABA-W (09988) fell HK$3.3, or 2.7% to HK$120.4, with turnover of HK$759.85m; AIA (01299)
fell HK$2.8, or 3.3% to HK$83.25, with turnover of HK$286.49m. (ed)
