The orchestra will once again hold the "Drumming Heartstrings Connecting the World" Drum Carnival and 5G Live Concert at the West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park, which will be broadcast online from 3 Hong Kong to the world via 5G. This year, in addition to drumming, dance elements will be added, and the Mainland Intangible Cultural Heritage Drum Team and local tap dance and street dance teams will be invited to perform, as well as drumming masters from South Korea, Malaysia, Xinqiang, and India. Some categories of the "Hong Kong Vibrant Drumming 24-style Arena Competition" will compete on that day, and the atmosphere is lively. Chinachem Group, Watsons Group and the "Teen" Project for a Brighter Future will send drum troupes to perform at the Drum Carnival to enjoy the fun with the people. The orchestra also invites consulates and embassies of various countries in Hong Kong to introduce their countries’ delicacies and culture to citizens and tourists, demonstrating the charm of Hong Kong as a city of events, promoting the event economy, and consolidating Hong Kong’s status as an international city.
